Frequently Asked Questions

There are a few ways reprints happen.

The first is if the printer catches a flaw before the original batch is shipped to me. In this case, the reprint usually ships within two weeks. Depending on the situation, your order may partial ship or the whole order may be delayed and ship when the reprints arrive.

The second way is if I catch the flaw before it ships to you. In this case you will be notified and the rest of your order will ship. Reprints for scenario 2 are placed with the current open round and wont ship for 6-8 weeks after the current round closes.

The third scenario is if you (the customer) finds a flaw that was not caught by the printer or myself. Similarly to scenario 2, these reprints will be placed with the current open preorder and will follow that shipping schedule.

At the discretion of our management team, some customers may be offered a partial to full refund in the form of store credit. This depends heavily on the individual circumstances and is not our first step in providing good customer service. We prioritize customer service and think it is crucial for this business, but due to the custom nature of our products refunds are not typically offered. We work with each customer and do our best to provide a suitable outcome for every situation.
